Broomfield, Colorado: Home Of Secretariat's Owner

When I was there today, there was a ladder in the middle and outside the mall, the entrances had chains sound the doors. At the same time, the extent of suffering at chains like TJ Maxx highlights how these stores have failed to invest heavily in e-commerce. One of the things I remember about Newberrys by the time I moved to NJ and was at BM again (early 1985), the ceiling was peeling off so badly it was like being at Alexander's (across from GSP) before that store closed. Back to 1983--there was one store I recall being located on one of the side halls called "(something) Imports", which had a treasure trove of stickers and interesting paraphenalia; sort of a cleaner version of Spencer Gifts. Aside from Sterns, they also had Orbach's (later Steinbach) on the other side. kikilighting , but, bot least, Orbach's is now boarded up completely. This mall had JJ Newberry, which was a large five-and-ten (Marshalls is now in that location). Yeah, this location is pretty wild looking, isn't it?

The '70s irregular lamps hanging from the ceiling are still intact; the basement is a walking time capsule; the Village Mall is still there as is the brown/gold tiling along the walls--so are some of the old school signage on top bearing the signs "Chapel" and "Auditorium". There is also a '70s wood design pattern in the middle of the mall, opposite where Stern's used to be (now Century 21). I took a lot of pictures inside and outside of this mall today so I'd love to share them with you. It's sad to know the green area north of the drainage ditch is now a half dead strip mall called The Piers. Those of you who are willing to go abroad to visit some of the best car fairs outside the North American continent, can go to Europe and see what this type of events look like there. Thanks JL Li, glad you like it! It's a slowpaced, lazy kinda mall for if you don't want to deal with huge crowds like GSP or Willowbrook.

Remember that proper research is key in all of this - having so many stores that you can use for your shopping can be both a blessing and a curse, because it might seem a bit confusing if you're trying to figure out which store would offer you the best deal. Working with the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, they've combined the largest selection of full cutoff outdoor lights with "monochromatic" turtle friendly lights to offer a number of solutions to communities that border sea turtle nesting areas. Outdoors you can plant your seeds from ½ to ¾ inch in the soil as the sun will penetrate deeper than grow lights if you plant your seeds indoors. However with 2014 proposed as a deadline for the phasing out of regular incandescent lights in the USA, choices for replacements are being forced upon people. The last time I was inside that mall prior to today was ages ago; last time I remember being there (more than 15 years ago), the promenade area was blue/aquamarine/red/orange tiled (emphasis on the blue tiles).

And it's a bit more of a modern-era one for a change, having first opened only in 1980. And dig this mall's location, too! It was the first mall in NJ I ever went to. The first time I visited the Bergen Mall was in the autumn of 1983, about 14 months before me and my family moved to Bergen County. As kiki lighting of the home, kitchens are often crowded with family activities and require adequate illumination. I love the pictures, they are so pretty. 1. Both Acetone and Isopropyl alcohol are flammable. They are excellent for illuminating a driveway or walkway, showcasing trees, the house or the landscape. Some tool sheds have enough space to house the owner's shop, which can be used to work on home remodeling projects. For home administration, a corner of the kitchen counter may be sufficient. 46.Make use of your shades by blocking sunlight from entering your home during the day in the summer. I return to the blog a little later than I planned, due to some severe weather we had blow through Metro Detroit yesterday (Tuesday), that went and knocked out our power for a good portion of the day.
